We are a professional water and electricity metering company.
Our services include the registration and administration of new and existing accounts, sign on your property’s main meters at the city council and ensure that your deposit is paid. Our tariffs are determined and set by The National Energy Regulator (NERSA).
We have technicians who read the various individual (electricity and or water) meters on a monthly basis after which the tenants/owners will receive a detailed account stating the consumption and money owed for the month.
Maintenance and regular testing of the individual meters are also included in our portfolio.
Water Metering
Water readings of each tenant’s individual consumption are read and billed. Communal usage is also calculated and billed according to your requirements.
Electrical Metering
We manage office blocks, malls, complexes, and factories, by verifying each tenant’s individual electrical consumption including the billing and payment collection thereof.
What we offer
Management of City Council Accounts
We manage City Council water and electricity accounts, we bill according to the tariffs prescribed by The National Energy Regulator and City Council.
Billing & Payments
The bill will be sent to the relevant tenant via email. Payment is due within 2 weeks. Late payment will receive a warning letter 3 days prior to cut-off.
Meter Readings
A member of Rubidia physically records the readings every month which is then billed to the tenant/owner of the building.
